Aggressive Ludo is a board game for phones, published by bgato. The legal entity behind it is Bagadi ALNOUR, 25 Rue du Capitaine Ferber, 59000 Lille, France. By installing or playing the game you accept these terms.

Offline and on your device

The game has no account and runs without an internet connection. What it keeps, and where, is described in the privacy policy.

Using the game

You may play it for your own, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app, and don’t reverse-engineer it except where the law allows you to.

Availability

The game is provided as it is. We may update it, change it or stop offering it, and we don’t promise it will be free of bugs or work on every device. Your progress lives on your device, so uninstalling the app or losing the device loses it.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for lost game progress. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit, and nothing removes your rights under mandatory consumer law. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can go to its courts. Otherwise, the courts of Lille, France, have jurisdiction.
